The card

Each location card holds a name, description, and a note. Mark it as interior or exterior. Add an image. Link it to the scenes that happen there, and see which characters pass through it.

Shared across stories.
Locations in a universe are shared. Baker Street can appear in three stories without being created three times. Add it once, use it everywhere.

A single toggle. Useful for screenwriters, but there for anyone who thinks in terms of inside and outside.
